Dr. Shannon Ballou - Veterinarain

Dr. Ballou graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2026.

Growing up around dogs and cats, she has always valued the human-animal bond which has led to her passion for general practice. She also has an interest in dermatology and enjoys performing surgery. A Florida native, Dr. Ballou is thrilled to be back in her home state and to serve the St. Augustine community. She adopted her two cats, Nash and Knox, during veterinary school, and they’ve happily made the move with her. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys catching up with friends and family, staying active, and cuddling with her cats. She is very excited to join the team and is looking forward to meeting you and your pets!
